Trynta is the national Moldavian from of wresting. The main purpose is to throw the opponent on the floor after lifting him up from the ground.

1) Technic

The beginning always starts with both competitors standing in the same position. Throwing the opponent on the back is worth 3 points. Throwing the opponent front is worth 1 point. All people who watch the wrestling are judges in cases when it is not clear who has how many points. Wrestling and watching together, the spectcle sometimes looks like Sumo held in the Coliseum.
